Maybe pain has taken over your life, the way it took over mine.
For three and a half years, pain was the room I lived in. I got out. Not by fighting it, but by changing how I thought about it.
The practice is simple: observe, don't preserve.
Step outside the pain, out of your head, and you can start to move it. Your subconscious mind doesn't argue with words. It listens to what you see, hear, and feel.
The tools matter. But the words you say to yourself matter most.
